23 mobile app startups battled it out at the Round 1 of the DTI-GIZ competition, Greenovation. This round focused on the business models of the startups as Beam and Go’s Director of Marketing, Albert Go (among others), mentored them. Greenovation consists of three rounds of systematic steps needed to build the mobile APPs. Round 1: Business Model wherein ten teams were selected, Round 2: Prototyping and Market fitness on September 12 wherein five teams will be selected and Round 3: APP Coding and Programming on October 3 for the selection of the final winner.
