The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) wants to facilitate tokenized exchange-traded funds (ETFs), according to chairman Jay Clayton. The agency is collaborating with other U.S. regulators to determine how to regulate different crypto products. In a recent filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the BlackRock Global Allocation Fund disclosed its ownership of 43,000 shares of the asset manager’s Bitcoin ETF, iShares Bitcoin Trust, as of April 30.
